Shi Shen (Eating God): Output Is Not Good Fortune. Look at Strength First
Shi Shen is the element the day master produces, with the same yin-yang. Jia Wood produces fire, so Bing Fire is Shi Shen. Its action is to drain: the day master's qi leaves through it and becomes output, expression, a craft. "Draining into form" only describes that flow. It is not good fortune.
When the day master is strong and there is qi to spare, Shi Shen turns the spare force into something that can be finished. Then the drain is a way out. When the day master is weak and the qi is already short, another drain is another leak. You do not have spare force. Shi Shen does not become wanted just because the name sounds kind.
So do not start with "a good appetite" or "talent." First see whether the day master can afford to drain. If it can, this is output. If it cannot, this is loss. The label can say "expression, output." The main reading still follows strength and weakness.
Only Bing against Jia is Shi Shen. If Bing then produces earth, that is output producing wealth. The whole chain has to be there, and the day master still has spare force, before you can say the output became a resource. One Bing alone stops at the drain. Do not write two levels of "wanted" from it.
